Go to the other place!!! They gave us NO choices for a car telling us it was the only one available, we hated it, called to return it early, asked what time we needed to have it there ... She said 3pm, we got there at 2:30 only to find out they had closed at 1pm, and were not open at all the next day. The woman was borderline rude to me as well; not professional at all.
Curteous amazing staff. Always go above and beyond I used to only go to enterprise but now me and my family only go to Hertz.
My mom came from out of town. Called ahead time for her car. Got there to find out they gave her car away. Now she stuck without a car. This place is so unprofessional it kills me. Never again will i go to them. Poor service.
Always...ALWAYS have had a good experience. Willing to go above and beyond if you are kind and courteous and respectful and patient. If you have ever worked in customer service you would understand. Sometimes it's beyond someone's control to make everyone happy. With that said THANK YOU HERTZ FAMILY FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT THE WARREN OHIO!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional at the front desk. The girl was not friendly or customer service oriented at all. She needs a reality check on how to treat customers. I called during the week prior and my car was to be ready for pick up Monday morning of the following week.... needless to say there was not a car ready!!! They pulled a car up in the computer to rent to me.... then could not rent it to me because it needed maintenanced. Pulled another car up same thing would not let the girl at the desk rent it too me due to some kind of maintenance. Finally got it to go through and when I asked the girl what the maintenance was for ... out of concern for my own safety at this point.... she got smart mouth with me .... Then I had to stand there and wait for them to clean a car for me to rent.... all this through my insurance. I had no choice to go elsewhere. I would never reccomend this company ever. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE front desk service.
