The staff is extremely pleasant, compassionate and helpful. When I had a problem with my credit card approving the rental charge, they even assisted me in straightening out the situation with the credit card company and had me on the road in no time!
Elm Rd 100% better than 422 in Niles. I live in Niles and went to that location for convenience. The experience was extremely casual and the gentlemen who were "helping" were conversing about their weekend endeavors. It was very unprofessional. Not only did they not do a walk around the vehicle with me, they sent me on my way with the check engine light on!!! When I came back the Niles location to get another car, they put me in a vehicle that started in manual mode instead of automatic. The lady at Elm road was wonderful. Walked the car with me, showed me a few things inside the car. Showed me the windshield wipers because it was about to rain... A better experience overall. Extremely professional and I will continue to go to Elm. Stay away from Niles Enterprise!!!

When I arrived to get the vehicle the rep was polite and helpful, I picked the car up right before close on Saturday Sunday morning when we left the change oil light was on really! But still made it there and back safe. I returned the vehicle on Sunday since the key drop box is gone I figured on my way to work I can drop the keys off on my way. Get there only 1 person working and 4-5 people to service, around a quarter till 8 the other gentle finally arrives like he really just rolled out of bed shirt pants everything wrinkled and rude and short with people basically trying to rush and get them out the door. Finally I received the receipt and realized he charged me for a full day for that Monday are you kidding me had I known that I would have kept the car till 2pm. They need the old managers back when it was a complete GREAT customer service experience
