BLUE WATER MANOR SELLS HOMES UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, ASSAULTS, TRESPASSING, INEPT MANAGEMENT , MENTALLY WILL ABUSE YOU AND CHILDREN.SEX OFFENDERS, YOU GOTTA KNOW OR BLOW SOMEONE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE. 4 MONTH'S I HAVE BOUGHT MY HOME AND THE CEILING IS FALLING IN WHILE MY FURNACE IS RED TAGGED. NO ONE HELPS, SHERIFF'S CONSIDER THE PARK A NUCANCE CALL AND MANAGEMENT VICTIM BLAMES THE ONES IN NEED OF HELP. EMBEZZLEMENT, LOOSING MONEY ORDERS AND DOUBLE CHARGING PEOPLE TO MAKE UP FOR THIER ERRORS. REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE BBB ,DO NOT MOVE HERE! A MAN WAS MURDERED FOR HIS DOG POOPING ON ANOTHER'S RENTED GRASS. THE MAN WAS MURDERED OVER POOP..YOU LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, HORRIBLE PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN, FOOD AND HOSPITAL WAY TO FAR. INEPT LAW ENFORCEMENT. BAD PART OF OHIO!

Park manager is awesome and nice! People keep to themselves and I LOVE living here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Police and ambulance here all the time. A lot of overdoses. A lot of people walk around with a gun in their belt and drunk. Poor management and drama. You can do whatever you want as long as the manager likes you but even if you pay bills on time and stay to yourself if you aren't liked they do whatever they can to try to get you out including advertising financial services to get you in but it's false advertising, my son had cash and established with a job for 3 years and she wouldn't let him even look at trailers. At night you can't check the mail because you can't see but the office that is closed is well lit up and no where near the mailbox. Most of the people are nice but you have to hope you get by those people. The trailers are overpriced and fall apart easily. Call the local sheriff's department before moving here.
