It does not surprise me they have a 3 star rating. I ordered food off the app like I've always done for years. It picked the closest location, so I made my order and submitted it. I got a call immediately from the manager Zachary to inform me since I live in the "ghetto." They will not deliver to me. Wow thanks for the judgment and discrimination. Talk about being embarrassed about where I am. Zachary showed no concern for his comment and how it was offensive..
2 times ordered on line and they didn't get order. called and ordered and they read my address and said it was not in there area to deliver. The attitude in the employees changes if you complain. if there is a problem with your pizza don't mention it in the store. I never saw the person in charge because she was in the office. but she yelled loud enough for me to hear and she was yelling at me. Today is the last straw. I'm waiting so I call and they didn't get the order. I called and was told it would take a hour to get it to me.I'm done. Niles is not far away and I 'll be picking up my pizza.

Best pizza I've ever had!! Great attitudes from the employees. They had messed up my order and promptly remade and gave me both the good one and mess up. Everybody makes mistakes, they handle there's well
I've read people having problems ordering online, but I always call my order in, so I've never had problems with that. Without coupons, Papa Johns can be expensive. That being said, the food is always great. They have always got my orders right, and since I tell them when I plan on picking it up, they're ready when I get there.
