Great Place! Wish we could've stayed longer! The hotel staff were so friendly, each saying hello/good morning/etc. and taking the time to ask us how our stay was and if they could help with anything. Check in was so easy, they provided complimentary beverages/cookies/snacks. Hotel was the cleanest we'd been to in a great while! Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The pool was wonderful (although the water was a bit odd in taste/smell from chemicals) and the hot tub so relaxing. We liked that there was a later adult only swim time as well although the kids in the pool were all very mannerly. Breakfast was so wonderful we were full until well after lunch time. Everything was stocked, fresh, hot. Even guests who came in around the time that breakfast was nearly over were greeted with hot plates and refilled food. We really wished we stayed longer as it was such a pleasant experience!
Stayed overnight in a king suite just to get away. Wasn't looking for frills n thrills but let me to you: the ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff friendly and accommodating; they had fruit and water readily available in plain sight; a wonderful cocktail area/hour (2-3 hrs with free apps and great drink specials); the pool/ Jacuzzi area is like an island oasis- clean, well kept and it's so cute; the rooms are spacious, bathrooms huge and I slept Sooo good. The bed was 'ginormous', soft yet firm and had the perfect pillows.
We just love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful- even the housekeeping and kitchen staff greet you with warm smiles. The rooms are always clean and they must have a fabulous maintenance team. It always looks terrific. The evening snacks and drinks are extra bonuses making it like visiting family.
We had been gifted the suite as a wedding present. The room could not have been nicer. It was large and spacious. The bathroom was huge and everything was comfortable. We were sad we couldn't spend more time there. We arrived to late. However we took every advantage offered including the large spa tub. The staff was very pleasant. Very very happy
Had to leave very quick after arrival due to outside events. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. I would stay again.
