Dr. Pi was the doctor. He didn't even see my husband for more than 15 seconds after a dog bite. Never came back in the room. And approx 1 min after he saw my husband, we saw him out in the back of the building playing with a tennis racket. What a pathetic joke this visit was. And the nurse that dressed my husbands wound didn't even wear gloves. Do not recommend this place to anyone!
Efficient and friendly. Didn't wait long to be seen
The new building is ugly. Cold and dismal looking just like the drab gray garage-looking interior. Two women in jackets literally pounced on me when I entered. I thought I was at a Chinese buffet. They want the patients to enter all their info and needs on a computer before you can go further. I do not do Self CheckOuts so I wasn't going to do that either. Then I was handed a "kiosk" (text pager) and told to wait until I was texted that it was my turn TEXTED! Can you imagine? How rude! Was I in a med center or waiting for a table to open up at The Outback? Suddenly I get a message. "Go to Door #2. Someone will meet you there with further instructions." So now I am either on the set of Mission Impossible or on a spaceship in a scene from Star Trek Voyager. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Horrible enough to change doctors just so I never experience such inhuman treatment and robotic environment again. No joke! I don't know what MORON approved such a butt ugly interior design and disgusting waiting room setup but they should be fired. TWICE!
The doctor was so rude to me and made me feel like I was dirty and told me he couldnthelp me I had to go to the ER .. I will never go back there...
I was seen for about 5 min by a Nurse Practitioner. Got an x-ray of my hip and a prescription. Everyone was nice enough and it was pretty quick. I got a bill for $123 for the x-ray. I also got a bill for $2,825.50 for the 5 min vist with the NP. Avoid this place like death. an urgent care vist should not cost that much. Last time I went to an urgent care it was like $250. Something very wrong with this place.
