I bought my Rav 4 in July at the old Toyota of Warren and then took it to their brand new location in Niles for tires. Not only do I love my new car, but I could not have asked for better customer service! Mark is laid back and doesn’t put pressure on you just to make a sale. I felt like he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Benny, in the service department went way above my expectations to get my car ready for winter! Truly excellent and professional customer service that is so hard to find today. I recommend!
We purchased a 2005 gmc diesel duramax traded in a very nice 2012 chevy Silverado thinking we were getting a nice truck to find out they lied bout paint on rocker panels, within no time there was rust holes you could put your fist in. Be careful what you buy and don't listen to there lies. Very disappointed!

Tried to get a quote on a vehicle from them via email and 3 days earlier (11-11-17) and they keep coming back with them wanted me to call...all I wanted was a price. Final email was " that vehicle is already sold" I'll never deal with these people!!!!
My appointment was for 10:30. I was in the area at 9:00. They took my car in for its first free inspection right at that time. AWESOME employees. They put my front license plate holder on my car & plate for free. I bought the car in Florida. Ohio has 2 plates. Florida has 1 plate. They were courteous. Friendly. Very helpful. I have no problem taking my Toyota Scion IM back to that dealership. They are as WONDERFUL as the Toyota in HOLIDAY FLORIDA. And that says a lot right there. If I could give them 10 stars I would.!!! I recomend them to EVERYONE. I trust them with my brand new car.
