The gentleman that worked there the day we were there for the birthday party for two of my grandkids he was very helpful in finding them the correct size shoes and made sure that where we sat everything was very nice and clean. Although the whole entire bowling alley is always clean anytime I've been there
I love this place. They don't treat me different with a handicapped child. Super pleasant and very friendly.
Large bowling tournament, the kid behind the counter was ignorant, he didn't know anything about the lanes. He didn't know how to fix scores on the scoring systems. Then refused to pay out a $6.00 lottery winner. This place is really run down. Two teams ended up switching lanes in the middle of the tournament. Half of the monitors didn't work. The bartender was the only awesome thing about this place she made good drinks and was very friendly.
Out dated equipmennt: we had to manually enter our pins several times because the computer was constantly wrong. Our hour started from the second we paid, no time to find our balls, or even put on our shoes, so we got to bowl for maybe 45 minutes instead of 60. My family will definitely not be returning. We felt it was overpriced for the issues we had.
