I've been here many times with my friends and always receive great service and it's probably my favorite ice cream place

Good service, worker are really nice, had no problems
ice cream is pretty good but usually half melted by the time you get it. The manager is a disaster. I once saw him make fun of a girl who had Tourettes, (her shirt said "Warning: I have Tourettes) and then realizing he made a mistake, continued to ask her a series of personal questions about her medical history. He's also known for being belittling and rude to his staff.
I purchased a small and the ice cream didn't even reach the top of the cup. Also, I got a small squirt of carmel and was charged 4.47 for the ice cream after a military discount. Complete rip off. I will never visit this location again. Not to mention it was half melted after the mix ins
